Develop, prepare, and maintain comprehensive
Design Work Programmes
in alignment with project requirements and schedules. Review and validate contractors'Construction Work Programmes
, ensuring compliance with contract timelines, project scope, and industry standards. Monitor project progress and update schedules using industry-standard tools. Prepare progress reports, schedule risk assessments, and recovery/mitigation plans as needed. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure schedule accuracy and timely project delivery. Support project controls, including planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting functions. Evaluate delays, analyze impacts, and assist in claims or extension-of-time assessments.Key Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7 years of professional experience
, with at least2 years specifically as a Planning Engineer
. Strong proficiency inPrimavera P6
(mandatory). Proven experience in preparing and reviewingDesign Work Programmes
. Proven experience in reviewingConstruction Work Programmes
. Prior work inconsultancy environments
