We are seeking a skilledPlanning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC and be proficient in planning tools and techniques to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment of schedules. Prepare reports on project progress, including forecasts, milestones, and critical paths. Assist in resource planning and allocation. Participate in project meetings and provide planning input. Ensure compliance with project planning standards, procedures, and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction or infrastructure projects. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
