We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Planning Engineer
to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi.
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare the Master and Construction schedule (as part of the Planning Package).
+ Perform critical path analysis.
+ Establish a Progress Measurement System (PMS) and prepare Deliverable Status Registers.
+ Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
+ Generate analysis reports, S-curves, and narrative reports for client and management review.
+ Conversant in Schedule Risk Analysis using Deltek Acumen / Primavera Risk Analysis
+ Generate Monthly (MPR), Weekly (WPR), and Daily (DPR) reports on operational activities.
+ Prepare look-ahead schedules.
+ Monitor and update the project schedule on a weekly and monthly basis.
+ Develop and update resource histograms weekly or monthly as required.
+ Prepare a recovery schedule to catch up on the completion date as required.
+ Study and analyze planned progress versus actual progress.
+ Prepare tender/Bid schedules.
+ Prepare Progress Payment Certificates (PPC).
+ Produce Project Planning closeout reports and perform Productivity calculations as required.
+ Prepare project claims and extensions of time (EOT) as required.
+ Coordinate work between interdisciplinary teams and subcontractors.
Experience required:
Minimum of 5-8 years of overall experience in handling EPC Oil & Gas Projects
Hands-on experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Commercial awareness and understanding of project financing and cost control principles
Previous ADNOC experience
