COENGR is expanding! We're seeking a
skilled Planning Engineer
to join our Abu Dhabi team. If you have a passion for project scheduling, progress tracking, and delivering projects on time -- this role is for you!What You'll Do:
>Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
>Coordinate with project managers and engineers to align planning deliverables with actual site progress.
>Prepare and maintain detailed baseline programs, recovery schedules, and progress reports.
>Identify project delays, risks, and opportunities to support proactive decision-making.
>Analyze project performance and provide forecasts to ensure timely completion.
> Participate in project meetings, presenting planning insights and progress updates.
> Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and project control standards.
What We're Looking For:
> Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
> 4-6 years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer, preferably within the UAE.
> Strong command of
Primavera P6
andMS Project
. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.> Experience in
engineering consultancy or construction projects
will be an advantage.Immediate joiners are highly preferred!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
