Job Vacancy: Planning Engineer (Primavera & Excel Expert)
We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer with strong expertise in Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Excel, MS Project to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop, maintain, and update project baseline schedules.
-Perform regular progress updates and variance analysis.
-Prepare detailed progress and performance reports for management and stakeholders.
-Develop and submit Extension of Time (EOT) claims with proper justifications and documentation.
-Support project teams with planning, forecasting, and schedule risk analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience 3-5 years as a Planning/Scheduling Engineer in construction projects specially in UAE.
-Strong command of Primavera P6 and advanced MS Excel skills.
-Solid knowledge of baseline development, updates, and reporting.
- Experience in preparing EOT claims is a must.
-Excellent communication and analytical skills.
