Job Summary:
As a Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules and plans for our villa projects in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key role in ensuring that project timelines are achieved, resources are effectively allocated, and progress is accurately tracked and reported. Your expertise will be essential in supporting project execution and facilitating timely decision-making to keep projects on schedule and within scop.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules and Baseline, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans using scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6 ).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance against the established schedule and budget.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities to optimize project timelines and resource utilization.
• Prepare and update progress reports, variance analysis reports, and forecasting reports for management review.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedule updates, resolve issues, and mitigate delays.
• Analyse project data to support decision-making and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
• Support the development of project control procedures and guidelines.
