Role Description

The MEP Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing data, and reporting to the project manager. This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, UAE.

Project Planning

: Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software, ensuring they align with overall project goals and deadlines.

Resource Allocation

: Allocate resources efficiently to meet project objectives, taking into consideration manpower, equipment, and materials.

Risk Analysis

: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address and minimize these risks.

Progress Monitoring

: Track project progress against planned milestones and deliverables, providing regular status updates to project stakeholders.

Collaboration

: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for effective project planning and execution.

Schedule Optimization

: Continuously evaluate and optimize project schedules to ensure maximum efficiency and timely project completion.

Cost Estimation

: Assist in estimating costs related to project planning and scheduling activities, and contribute to budget development.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, reports, and other relevant records.

Change Management

: Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and communicate these changes to the project team.

Quality Assurance

: Ensure that project planning and scheduling processes adhere to industry standards and best practices.

Communication

: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to convey project status, changes, and updates.
