Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Landscape Planning Engineer

to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules for landscape construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for landscape works using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to align planning with execution. Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans as needed. Analyze project progress and identify potential delays or risks; recommend mitigation strategies. Prepare resource histograms, S-curves, and cash flow projections. Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis reports. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract durations, and client requirements. Attend progress meetings and provide planning input and updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in planning for landscape or infrastructure projects in the UAE/GCC. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of landscape construction methodologies and sequencing. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Immediate availability

is mandatory. UAE driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with delay analysis techniques (e.g., Time Impact Analysis, Window Analysis). Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
