A&M International is currently seeking to hire a Planning Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a highly skilled candidate with extensive experience in project planning and the ability to manage project timelines and coordinate between different departments to ensure projects are executed according to required specifications and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning (preferably in the construction sector)

In-depth knowledge of planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project

Ability to create and analyze project schedules and prepare progress reports

Strong skills in risk analysis and providing practical solutions to challenges

Ability to coordinate with different teams within the project and ensure smooth workflow

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed project schedules and update them regularly

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules

Analyze potential delays and provide solutions to minimize their impact

Coordinate with project teams to ensure deadlines and objectives are met

Provide regular progress reports and highlight potential issues to senior management

Track changes in project scope and adjust schedules accordingly

Support project teams in prioritizing tasks and preparing contingency plans when needed

Working Hours: Full-time

Salary: Based on qualifications and experience

Start Date: Immediate or as agreed
