Job Description

Must be an Engineering degree with 5 years similar experience in United Arab Emirates only.
Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, incorporating all phases of construction from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules for engineering projects.
Utilize industry-standard tools and software for scheduling, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Ensure project schedules are realistic, achievable, and aligned with client requirements and organizational goals.
Monitor project progress regularly and identify potential delays or obstacles, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant data and ensure accurate project timelines.
Conduct critical path analysis and risk assessments to identify potential delays and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Monitor project progress and performance against baseline schedules, providing regular updates to project teams and management.
Utilize industry-standard planning tools and software to create detailed project plans and analyze project data.
Collaborate with project teams to identify resource requirements, optimize resource allocation, and ensure efficient use of manpower and equipment.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients, highlighting project milestones, timelines, and potential challenges.
Provide mentorship and guidance to related working staff, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
