You can make your mark as a planning engineer by being responsible for developing and maintaining construction project schedules together with your colleagues from the planning team. You will be working from Abu Dhabi office and will be part of the DTED department based in the Netherlands. Do you want to work for a company that literally changing the world map? Your responsibilities as a planning engineer

• Developing overall and/or detailed schedules and accompanying deliverables with buy-in from internal organization and other stakeholders. Gathering information from project team.
• Management of the overall planning process within the project, in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Independent and on-time answering of planning-related questions and issues, where possible providing solutions or required information.
• Proactively contribute regarding variations orders and claims, in consultation with controlling and legal departments.

Your qualities and experience

• Higher Professional Education level.
• At least 3 years of planning experience. Experience in dredging, marine, offshore project(s) is a plus.
• Experience in Primavera, PowerBI is required for this role.
• Full knowledge of planning theory, aware of industry best practices.
• Understanding of project management and risk management. Good knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
