- Significant experience in claims avoidance, claims management and risk management. - Fully competent with Primavera P6 Preparing the Base Line Program of work (Cost Loaded, Resource Loaded) Preparing Equipment & Manpower 's Histogram Preparing Cash Flow & The Major Activities Histogram Preparing Weekly & Monthly Reports for The Consultant Monitoring Progress Throughout the Construction Process and Comparing this with the Projected Schedule of Work Updating the Program Weekly & Monthly Bases Preparing the Utilization Plane and Controlling the Equipment Preparation of Claim for Extension of Time with full Supportive Documents Discuss Regarding the Progress of the Project in the Management Review Meeting Preparation of the Entitlement Program for Extension of Time (EOT) & Acceleration of Works Maintains & Records the Historical Information & Principle Events Identifying Factors Leading to Project Extension and Timely Notification of the Same to the engineer/Client Develops Recovery Plans and Recommendations to Mitigate of Impacts of Schedule Problems and to Support Project Delivery on Time. Preparing English and Arabic Letters Related to Delays, Obstructions, Claims & Programs. Monitoring all the Required Logs in Project like Shop Drawings, Material Submittal, Method Statements & Procurement Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute/Relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Planning Engineer: 5 years (Preferred)
