UNIT SCHEDULER (P6)

• BASIC FUNCTION

To arrange detailed overall Unit-Wise activities schedule with required resources and infrastructure by optimum utilization of available resources. Making the planning & scheduling process for the effective execution within the TA window. Integration of schedule with in the Unit for all TA works including various plant improvement projects that needs to be executed during the TA.

• WORK PERFORMED To Coordinate and support COMPANY Master Integration Scheduler in all aspects of P6 Schedule Preparation, Integration, Levelling, Reports Templates preparation, Progress Monitoring, Updating and Reporting in all the phases of the TA.
• To review detailed Unit turnaround work list (work order) to ensure completeness of tasks and activities.
• To perform field job scope verification to conform necessary resources and crafts needed to complete the turnaround activities Unit schedule.
• To arrange schedule with consider leveling of resources allocation and duration with timely effectiveness and availability as refer to system window schedule.
• Maintain and update with log for any information or changing related with turnaround schedule.
• To check and confirm detail task and activities according to correct room number/system number.
• To prepares single schedule each work order for integration of schedule.
• To prepare Unit integrated schedule for the (TA) after getting inputs from Unit Planners.
• Issues the resource histogram, highlighting the craft utilization and suggesting areas for Improvement.
• To establish Unit Baseline schedule for monitoring progress of works as planning schedule.
• Monitors the Unit daily schedule and issues physical progress report, curves. Issues report on schedule compliance on daily basis during TA execution.
• Prepares regular performance reports, status reports etc. suggesting area of improvements.
• Monitor the Unit turnaround work to ensure compliance with planned schedule and duration.
• To update % jobs completed and establish 72 hours look ahead schedule report.
• To update % jobs completed for the remaining activities which can be done after execution.
• To prepare summary of schedule as planning Vs actual for close out report.
• To prepare equipment summary report as planning Vs actual.
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To have the knowledge about operation and maintenance covers Static equipment. Understands the equipment drawings and P&IDs. His technical knowledge helps in better understanding of the scope of work and planning the job requirements. * Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent University Degree with 6 Years of relevant work experience or Higher Diploma/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 10 Years of relevant work experience.

• Specific work experience in Turnaround/Shutdown planning, scheduling and Reporting in the oil/gas or petrochemical industry.
• P6 Certified Scheduler and should have handled minimum of 3 Major Turnaround/Shutdown Scheduling and Reporting utilizing latest Version of P6.
• Excellent communications skills for communicating verbally and in writing with operations, warehouse, day maintenance and inspection. Good understanding of maintenance requirements in terms of resources, infrastructure, and spare parts etc.
• Ability to use the computerized system. Able to use MS office package for reporting and presentations. Expertise in Primavera (P6) with latest version is required. Experience in using any CMMS. SAP-PM user experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills and knowing the Importance of team work benefits.
• Physically & medically fit to work in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of English - spoken and written.
