Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in Fit-out planning, for internal and external finishes, and the ability to support project teams through effective scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.

Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with the approved schedule.

Analyze delays, variations, and risks, and propose mitigation measures.

Support project cash flow, resource planning, and material planning in line with construction programs.

Ensure planning activities comply with project requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3-5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.

Experience in internal and external finishes is mandatory.

Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel.

Good understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
