Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Monitor project progress and identify potential delays. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Prepare and present regular progress reports. Analyze project risks and propose mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with project requirements, deadlines, and budgets.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction field is must. Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, PSP) are a plus. Experience with large-scale projects is preferred. Experience in interior fit-out project is preferred.
