Solar Project Planner

Develop and track detailed project schedules for solar PV projects, including ground-mounted, car parking, and rooftop installations. Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to plan and allocate resources effectively. Track project progress and update schedules to reflect actual work completed versus planned. Identify potential bottlenecks, delays, and risks, and propose mitigation measures. Highlight the client and get time compensation as required Prepare weekly, monthly, and milestone reports for management and clients. Ensure project timelines align with procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Collaborate with civil, electrical, and mechanical teams to integrate their work plans into the overall project schedule. Monitor contractor performance and coordinate adjustments in schedules as needed. Maintain a project database including schedules, task dependencies, and resource allocation. Support project budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate time and resource estimates. Ensure all project planning activities follow company standards, client requirements, and best practices.
Competency Skills

1. Proven experience in project planning for large solar PV (preferable) or large-scale infrastructure projects

2. Strong knowledge and working experience of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar)

3. Excellent time management, coordination, and analytical skills

4. Ability to identify risks and propose solutions proactively

5. Strong communication skills to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams

6. Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD450.000 - BD500.000 per month
