Planner Engineer
Job Description
Min exp 10 years with main contractor at UAE
Nationality (any)
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using software tools.
Analyse timelines to ensure project milestones align with contractual obligations.
Coordinate resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity while minimizing costs.
Monitor resource availability to prevent delays.
Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for project phases.
Track expenditures and reconcile them against the initial budget to maintain financial control.
Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Propose mitigation strategies and monitor risk factors to ensure timely resolution.
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Regularly report on project status, issues, and changes to senior management.
Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations.
Participate in inspections and audits to uphold quality control measures.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including records of progress and changes.
Ensure that all project-related information is organized and accessible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
