Job Description
ISS International SpA is looking for a Planner to based in Abu Dhabi.
:
- Envisaged Starting Date: January / February 2025;
- Duration: 6 months, liable to extension;
- Working Schedule: 9 hours a day / 6 days a week;
- Rotation: Resident.

:
- Definition of the project WBS;
- Definition of the method for measuring project progress;
- Monthly update of the Master Schedule of the projects using the Oracle Primavera P6 software;
- Verification of the executive schedule of each supplier, the verification consists in the analysis of:
- logical links of the activities
- calendars used
- any floats
- external interfaces with respect to suppliers that could impact RFDC dates.
- Progress data from suppliers;
- Progress data from refinery/external stakeholders (i.e. permitting);
- Check deviations on the BASELINE.
- Update of the schedule on the Company's Oracle Primavera P6 system:
- Monthly update of the project schedule (pictorial) on the deterministic schedule presented at the project authorization events;
- Envisaged Starting Date: January / February 2025;
- Duration: 6 months, liable to extension;
