Its Zetwerk.Responsibilities:Formulate and implement strategy for Polymers and Chemicals including Glycols, Hydrocarbons, Ketones, Acrylates, Special Acrylates, Chlorinated Solvents & Chemicals, Ethylene Amines etc.Order book pipeline, Strategies for long-term plan, Annual plan, Y-O-Y growth, Profitability and P/L management.Key account management for increasing the business volume.Prepare & maintain list of customers in market segments and select key target accounts for sales/market actions.Liaise with client for his requirement, analyse his requirement and develop order strategy. Review, discuss, correct, and put up competitive technical and commercial quotations.Gather intelligence on competitor activity and calibrate strategy accordingly.Build company profile and brand image in the market through customer visits, presentations, exhibitions, tradeshows, business meets.Acts as a strategic partner for customers to understand customer needs.Recommend policy initiatives, new product/partnership arrangements & innovative approaches keeping in mind the market opportunities, practices & competition to strengthen company leadership position.Job Requirement6-15 years' experience in Trading primarily in Polymers and ChemicalsShould be a P&L owner and a leaderShould have good commercial understandingExcellent verbal & written communication skillsExcellent relationship building and negotiation skillsDemonstrated sales / business development capabilities
