Position: Italian Pizza Maker

Location: Doha,Lusail

Responsibilities:

Crafting Authentic Italian Pizzas:

Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to perfection. Create traditional Italian pizza sauces using high-quality ingredients. Expertly layer toppings for a visually appealing and flavorful pizza.

Mastering the Oven:

Operate pizza ovens with precision and ensure pizzas are baked to perfection. Monitor oven temperatures to achieve the ideal crust texture.

Maintaining Quality Standards:

Uphold the highest standards of quality and consistency in pizza preparation. Ensure all ingredients meet our freshness and quality criteria.

Collaborating with the Team:

Work seamlessly with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and maintain a smooth workflow. Communicate effectively to ensure customer preferences are met.

Adhering to Hygiene and Safety Standards:

Follow proper food safety and hygiene protocols. Keep workstations clean and organized.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Italian Pizza Maker, with a strong portfolio of traditional pizzas. Deep knowledge of Italian pizza styles, dough techniques, and authentic flavor profiles. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain quality during peak hours. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
