We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Pizza Maker
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparingauthentic Italian-style pizzas
and be committed to maintaining high food quality standards.Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Italian-style pizzas (Neapolitan, thin crust, etc.) Prepare dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes Operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained Manage food preparation during busy hours Assist with kitchen cleaning and stock handling when required
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Maker (Italian pizza experience preferred) Knowledge of dough fermentation and pizza baking techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Food safety and hygiene knowledge Experience in UAE is an added advantage
