Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker who will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role with a reputable restaurant or food outlet.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes and standards. Assemble and bake pizzas in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain proper hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times. Receive and inspect deliveries, checking the content, quantity, quality, and temperature. Ensure all food items, especially chilled and frozen ingredients, are stored and handled correctly. Monitor ingredient stock levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages or reorder requirements. Check product freshness daily and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation principles. Report any discrepancies, damages, or wastage to the supervisor or kitchen manager. Assist in managing portion control to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency. Support the team during peak hours and ensure consistent quality in every order.
