Job Description
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to restaurant recipes and standards.
Stretch, assemble, and bake pizzas using proper temperature and timing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and pizza station.
Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and available for service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and portion control standards.
Assist in inventory control and report any shortages or equipment issues.
Support the kitchen team during peak hours and help with general kitchen duties when needed.
Maintain consistent quality, presentation, and speed of service.
