The Pizza Maker will be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality pizzas in line with company standards. This role requires strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage (F&B) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to company recipes and standards.
Operate ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Ensure pizzas are cooked and presented in a consistent, high-quality manner.
Monitor food stock and assist in inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
Follow portion control guidelines to minimize wastage.
Support other kitchen operations when required.
Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or in a similar culinary role (F&B industry experience preferred).
Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, baking techniques, and topping combinations.
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.
