Assist in the preparation and cooking of French dishes according to recipes and standards.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety in compliance with health regulations.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Prepare ingredients and mise en place for various dishes.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Assist in plating dishes to ensure presentation meets restaurant standards.
Keep the kitchen clean and organized, including cleaning workstations and equipment.
Participate in menu development and suggest improvements.
Stay updated on current culinary trends and techniques related to French cuisine.
