A vibrant and well-known hotel in Dubai is seeking a skilled and passionate PIZZA CHEF to join its dynamic culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, casual dining environment known for its trendy atmosphere and international clientele.
You should have:

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in high-volume, casual or upscale dining settings
• Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza menu development
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene standards
• Clear medical and criminal record
• Valid passport

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas with consistency and creativity
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and speed of service
• Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth operations
• Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings
