• Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Know how to do the original Italian pizza and how to prepare.
• Oversee dough preparation, stretching, and proofing to ensure optimal texture and flavor.
• Select, portion, and arrange toppings with precision and creativity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with food safety standards.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve consistent quality and doneness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Manage inventory of pizza ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on pizza-making techniques and best practices.
• Experiment with new recipes and seasonal ingredients to enhance the menu.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the kitchen.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience as a pizza chef or in a similar culinary role.
• Know how to do the original Italian pizza and how to prepare.
• Demonstrated expertise in dough preparation, stretching, and baking.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
