Assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking menu items (shawarma, rotisserie chicken, grills, sides, appetizers).
Maintain mise en place by preparing vegetables, marinades, sauces, and breading as required.
Operate kitchen equipment safely (grillers, fryers, ovens, shawarma machines).
Follow standard recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in line with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations.
Keep the workstation, utensils, and storage areas clean and sanitized.
Support in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
Report shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the CDP or Supervisor.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Uphold Qasr Al Farouj brand standards of quality, hygiene, and presentation.
