Classic Station is a casual dining restaurant in Dubai known for its modern take on Italian cuisine. We are currently seeking a talented chef with experience in pizza, pasta, and grill to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare high-quality pizza, pasta, and grilled dishes according to recipe standards Manage dough preparation, sauce creation, and grill setup Ensure hygiene and food safety regulations are strictly followed Assist with menu development and seasonal items Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of Italian ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques Familiarity with stone/wood-fired ovens and grill cooking Attention to detail and commitment to kitchen cleanliness Available to start within a reasonable timeframe
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 2,500 - AED 3,500/month (based on experience) Staff meals during working hours Friendly team environment with room for growth
