Pizza Chef
Job Description
Pizza chefs are responsible for the entire pizza-making process - preparation and cooking
Make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces
Pizza toppings preparation
Food ingredients monitoring and inventory
Recommend new recipes to update our menus
Maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment
Keeping the stone oven neat and well maintained
Competencies / Skills :
Technical experience in Pizza Dough making based on Neapolitana Pizza.
Must have a successful track record in Pizza making
Knowledgeable in operating Wood and Stone pizza Oven
Great Costumer service and
Team leader
