Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Pizza Chef

to join our team at

Pizza Times

in JLT, Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality pizzas -- especially

Neapolitan-style

-- and be passionate about delivering excellent food and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve pizzas and pasta to the highest quality and presentation standards. Stretch, shape, and toss pizza dough by hand (Neapolitan-style). Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings daily. Operate and maintain electric pizza ovens. Ensure all kitchen operations comply with food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor stock levels and report requirements to the Restaurant Manager. Support the preparation of pasta and burgers when needed. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and kitchen equipment. Work effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Pizza Chef

or in a similar kitchen role. Skilled in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and oven handling. Familiarity with Italian cuisine preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

Culinary school diploma or certification in food preparation. Experience with Italian or pizza-focused restaurants. Passion for food and creativity in developing new recipes.

Physical Requirements

Able to stand for long periods and work in a hot environment. Ability to lift up to 25+ pounds regularly.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
