Hiring: Piping Foreman | Oil & Gas | Structural Fabrication

We are looking for an experienced Piping Foreman to join our team and support ongoing oil & gas piping and structural fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in supervising site activities to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily piping fabrication, installation, and modification activities.

Review piping drawings, isometrics, and material specifications to guide work execution.

Monitor and control manpower, tools, and materials to meet project schedules.

Ensure welding, fit up, and fabrication work complies with project standards and QA/QC requirements.

Conduct toolbox talks, ensure safety compliance, and promote a safe working environment.

Liaise with engineers, supervisors, and project managers regarding work progress and requirements.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions on-site to avoid delays.

Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of experience as a Piping Foreman in oil & gas or industrial fabrication projects.

Strong knowledge of piping systems, fabrication techniques, and welding processes.

Ability to read and interpret drawings, P&IDs, and isometric diagrams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with safety regulations and permit-to-work systems.

Ability to manage teams and work under tight deadlines.
