POSITION SUMMARY : Piping Detailer for Abu Dhabi, UAE Accurately draw isometric pipe fabrication spools ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential Functions Statement(s) . Familiarity with client project scope and specifications. . Draw shop pipe fabrication spools from client drawings utilizing AutoCAD. . Do calculations necessary to support assigned work. . Perform drafting to accepted company, client, and industry standards. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s) . Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. . SKILLS & ABILITIES Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, AutoCAD, Navisworks. Experience: 3-5 year of drafting experience in Piping Engineering Computer Skills: AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel, and Word. AutoSpool a plus. Other Requirements: . Familiar with various metallurgies. . Have a general understanding of pipe fabrication techniques. . Have a basic understanding of non-destructive examination methods, heat treatments, paint, and welding procedures. . Ability to work extended work schedules. . Good mathematical skills including geometry, and trigonometry. . Detail oriented.
