Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Fitter with at least 4 years of construction industry experience. The role involves installation, assembly, and maintenance of various piping systems on site, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret drawings, isometrics, and specifications. Install and assemble pipes for water supply, drainage, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems. Measure, cut, thread, weld, and bend pipes as required. Install pipe supports, valves, fittings, and related components. Conduct pressure tests and ensure proper alignment and sealing. Troubleshoot and repair leaks, blockages, or damaged lines. Coordinate with supervisors and other trades for smooth workflow. Follow all safety rules and maintain tools in good condition.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' pipe fitting experience in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of GI, HDPE, PVC, PPR, and copper piping systems. Ability to read technical drawings and work independently. Good physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions. Basic knowledge of safety procedures and permit-to-work systems.
Education
Technical certificate in plumbing/pipe fitting (preferred).
