Job Title: Pipe Fitter

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled and experienced Pipe Fitters to install, assemble, fabricate, maintain, and repair piping systems according to project specifications. The role requires precision, knowledge of safety standards, and the ability to work in various industries such as construction, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications for pipe systems. Measure, cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes using hand tools, machines, and welding equipment. Install and secure pipes, fittings, valves, and related components. Test piping systems for leaks and ensure proper alignment and function. Maintain and repair existing piping systems as needed. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to complete tasks efficiently. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a pipe fitter in construction or industrial settings. Knowledge of different types of pipes (carbon steel, stainless steel, PVC, copper, etc.). Ability to read and understand technical drawings and isometric diagrams. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights. Basic welding knowledge is an advantage. Awareness of safety protocols and PPE usage.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift heavy materials and tools. Comfortable working in hot, cold, or dusty environments. Standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
