Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Pipe Fitter
to join our Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and inspecting piping systems within residential, commercial, or industrial facilities. You will work closely with the maintenance and engineering teams to ensure all piping systems operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, fabricate, and maintain pipes and piping systems (water, gas, steam, HVAC, drainage, etc.) according to specifications and building codes. Inspect piping systems and identify issues such as leaks, blockages, or wear. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on existing piping systems and plumbing fixtures. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors during facility renovations or system upgrades. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building schematics to plan piping layouts. Cut, thread, bend, and weld pipes using hand and power tools. Maintain records of work completed, materials used, and inspections performed. Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Provide support during facility emergencies or breakdowns (on-call duties may apply).

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
