Carry out all the assigned activities in line with the ABE HSE requirements and instructions. Fabricate spools or components as per given drawing. To get materials from stores as per the drawing requirement. Cut the material as per requirement and transfer the heat or cast details. Check the fabricated spool or components prior to offering them for internal inspection. Mark the spool # or component # as indicated in the corresponding drawing. Mark the joint # as per the piping ISO drawings and any other markings required. Return the fabrication drawings to the charge-hand after completion. Always follow the latest revision drawings for fabrication activity. Carry out fabrication activity in a safe manner in such a way that other workers should not be affected. Train the allotted helper to understand/fabricate components as per drawings. Participate in tool box talks for quality, safety, environment and job related topics. Communicate with Site In-charge regarding health, safety and environment matters. Comply with Company/Client HSE Policy, rules and regulations. Must use proper PPE. Report promptly all the incidents, unsafe acts, conditions and near misses to the immediate supervisor. v JOB REQUIREMENT: Possess the ability to fabricate components or spools as per the construction drawings.
