Profil : Bac + 5 en école d'ingénierie - génie industriel, avec une expérience de 2 à 3 ans en qualité dans l'industrie automobile. Main missions: · Animating the convergence of the finished vehicle's quality indicators: Defect per Vehicle ASPECT and FUNCTIONNAL (DPVA and DPVF), and Water leaks (DPVW) · Assisting the Quality Manager during discussions with the Customer Experience (Cx) Partners in charge of DPFx measurements · Managing two quality convergence deputies (Aspect and Functional) Knowledge and necessary skills: Education and /or necessary experience: · General knowledge of the Car (design and manufacturing) · Knowledge of the operational processes of the project management/quality fields, and of the DPVA and DPVF in particular Necessary knowledge related to the realization of the mission: · Analysis and Synthesis · Meeting Animation · Leadership · Rigor · Knowledge of computer tools (office tools) · Mastering the treatment of quality convergence piloting tool (TITAN) and the treatment of anomalies piloting tool (PLM Issue) · APQP process · Language: Fluent in French and English Main activities: · Animating the quality convergence indicators (monitoring the decrease of total defects): DPVA, DPVF. · Ensuring good understanding and execution of the processes · Organizing and checking the activities of two deputies: Aspect and Functional · Key contact with actors in charge of vehicles DPVx measurements (Customer Experience, Quality in Use, Functional and Aspect detection on dynamic/static vehicle use) in order to identify DPVx, and confirm DPVx · Guaranteeing the TITAN base updates (defects detected, photographs to understand the defect...) aspects and functionals · Ensuring the correct organization of defects DPVA, DPVF, and QAU restitution to the actors of the project and to ensuring the link with the DVx and Core IQx. · Ensuring shared detailed facts and receiving commitments from stakeholder(s) for each DPVx · Setting up the "logistic" organization (agenda, dedicated place, identification number of the vehicle(s)) to allow seeing the defects analysis on the cars. · Sorting out and ensuring proper allocation to stakeholder(s) (meta technical function, assembly, logistic....) · Monitoring, updating and communicating the KPI DPVx convergence on a daily basis · Ensuring an accurate description of defect in TITAN and guaranteeing that deputies automatically create an ISSUE for each DPVa or DPVf/ water leaks · Collecting the forecast solution date for each DPVx using the ECR Id, and crossmatching it with detection planning in order to build the forecast DPVa or f curve. · Preparing, with the Quality Manager, the dedicated meeting's agenda of "Referential Commissions" with the Quality stakeholders.
