Piling Machine Operator

Position: Piling Machine Operator

Location: On-site

The Piling Machine Operator will be responsible for the safe and precise operation of a piling machine for various on-site tasks, including driving piles and foundations for solar and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with this type of equipment and a steadfast commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Operate the piling machine to drive poles, piles, and other structural elements into the ground according to project specifications. Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance on the piling machine. Troubleshoot and address minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Strictly follow all on-site safety protocols and company regulations. Work collaboratively with the site team and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met. Accurately maintain logs of daily progress and equipment performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Piling Machine Operator

or in a similar heavy machinery role (e.g., pile driver). Valid certification or license for operating piling machines or related equipment. A strong understanding of construction and site safety procedures. Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly. Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks in various outdoor conditions.
