Foreman for Bored Pile & CAF

Job Purpose

To provide functional support to the construction team with the supervision of site activities and the control of men and machines employed on site while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety of the rig machine, surrounding equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, and co-workers under the supervision of the site engineer following quality, health, and safety procedures.

Principal Accountabilities
The role and responsibilities of a bored pile foreman includes but is not limited to the following.

Coordination of all site activities.
Checking and supervising of reinforcement cages and their proper installation in the borehole.
Experience in Bored piles, CFA, micro piles, shoring works.
Ordering site material and ensuring the appropriate delivery of material on time.
Coordination of concrete delivery.
Strictly controlling and entering working hours on time cards on a daily basis.
Control and manage daily production & QHSE of labor plus of operators in his work area.
Provide START briefings to work force in his work area on a daily basis.
Do traffic management, plant and equipment management in his work area.
Any other duty / responsibilities assigned by the seniors.
Maintain the quality of borehole by ensuring its verticality and depth as required.
Report to Engineer in case of any abnormality occurred on site.
Instruct assigned team to him for assistance of their duties and responsibilities and of any special safety precaution to be taken prior to start-up of any work.
Checking routine maintenance of drilling rig machine as per the requirement.
Keep the track of timely maintenance and service of the machine is performed as per the company and manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s procedures.
Any breakdown, leak, or unusual sign of an anomaly in rig operations should be immediately reported to the site engineer.
Perform other tasks & duties as allocated by Department or Site Management as per the Project requirement.
Always follow standard procedure, and guidance of HSE.
Follow imposed rules and procedures described in permits to work, JSTI cards.
