Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Evaluate the

structural stability

of existing buildings and infrastructure. Design effective and compliant

shoring systems

to support structures during excavation and construction. Prepare

detailed designs and working drawings

for

foundation and working piles

. Analyze structural loads, stresses, and bearing capacities using appropriate software tools. Ensure all work adheres to

local codes

,

safety regulations

, and

Dubai Municipality

standards. Identify potential risks and develop

practical, engineering-driven solutions

. Communicate technical concepts clearly to project teams, contractors, and non-technical stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum

5 years of relevant experience in piling, shoring, and foundation design

Accredited by Dubai Municipality

for piling and foundation design (mandatory)

Proficient in

AutoCAD

and structural design software (e.g., SAFE, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, Plaxis) Strong knowledge of

UAE building codes and standards

Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills
