Pilates Instructor
to join their team in The Greens. This role is ideal for individuals dedicated to movement, client wellbeing, and providing an exceptional studio experience. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality Pilates sessions and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality Pilates sessions tailored for individuals and groups.
Guide clients through safe and effective movement practices focused on strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness.
Evaluate client progress regularly and adjust sessions according to their fitness level and goals.
Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating studio environment to encourage client retention.
Educate clients on Pilates principles and promote sustainable wellness habits.
Ensure the studio and all equipment are clean, maintained, and session-ready.
Coordinate with the team to manage schedules and support service promotion.
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pilates Certification (Mat and Reformer preferred).
Certified Instructors:AED 6,000-6,500
Non-certified but experienced Instructors:AED 5,500-6,000
Minimum
2 years of teaching experience
