Conduct dynamic and safe Pilates classes for hotel guests, residents, and/or staff. Assess individual fitness levels and tailor sessions to meet personal goals and abilities. Create a welcoming and motivating environment that promotes health and well-being. Ensure proper use and maintenance of Pilates equipment and studio area cleanliness. Provide guidance on posture, breathing techniques, and injury prevention during sessions. Promote wellness programs and encourage guest participation through engaging communication.


Qualifications

Certified Pilates Instructor. Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fitness centers is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
