Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Pickup Driver to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting company staff, collecting and delivering materials, coordinating logistics with team members, and providing general support for day-to-day operations. This role requires a high level of responsibility, teamwork, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely pick up and drop off company staff to and from work sites or designated locations.

Purchase, collect, and deliver materials from suppliers or warehouses to job sites or the main office.

Coordinate timing and equipment needs with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment when necessary.

Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the company vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.

Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery receipts.

Follow all traffic and company regulations while on the road.

Remain flexible and available to support the team with other operational or maintenance-related tasks as required.

Be a team player, willing to assist in areas beyond driving when needed (e.g., on-site help, errands, etc.).

Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license (Manual)

Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a maintenance or construction setting.

Strong knowledge of UAE roads and locations.

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requests.

Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude.

Physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting and movement of equipment/materials.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools and materials commonly used in maintenance or construction.

Ability to read and follow delivery/purchase orders.

Spoken proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
