Job Description
1. Picking & Delivery
Accurately pick spare parts from storage based on order slips or system instructions. Pack and prepare items for delivery or dispatch. Assist in loading/unloading of goods as required. Update stock movement records when required. Ensure parts are handled carefully to avoid damage.
2. Cleaning & Housekeeping
Clean and maintain shop premises including shop floor, storage area, staff cabins, and customer areas. Ensure washrooms are cleaned regularly and kept hygienic. Dust and clean racks, shelves, and display areas to maintain an organized environment. Handle proper waste disposal.
3. Refreshment Support
Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors when required. Keep the pantry/refreshment area tidy and stocked.
4. General Support
Assist shop staff with daily operational requirements. Carry out additional tasks assigned by the shop in-charge or manager Deliver the required parts promptly and safely to the nearby sister company. Ensure proper handover and acknowledgment of delivered parts. Assist in arranging and labeling parts in the shop storage area.
