SalesEra is hiring experienced

Medical/Healthcare Sales Representatives

with a strong background in

physiotherapy product or service sales

. This role starts as commission-only for the first 3 months. Based on performance, successful candidates will transition into a fixed salary + commission structure with formal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales by targeting

physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and healthcare professionals

. Promote and demonstrate physiotherapy-related products, services, and solutions with expertise. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and market research. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Provide regular sales reports and feedback from clients and the market.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Proven experience in

physiotherapy sales / rehab products / medical devices related to physiotherapy care

. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage client pipelines effectively. Comfortable with a commission-based earning model initially. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about healthcare sales.
