Job Description
Role Objective:
To deliver expert physiotherapy care with personalized treatment plans that promote healing, enhance mobility, and restore quality of life for patients dealing with musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, and post-operative recovery.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct clinical assessments and establish individualized rehabilitation goals Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs Provide manual therapy, dry needling, electrotherapy, and other modalities Support post-surgical recovery for procedures like TKA, rotator cuff repair, and ACL reconstruction Document treatment progress and prepare insurance-compliant clinical notes Collaborate with orthopedic consultants to ensure seamless, multidisciplinary care Educate patients on home exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy
DHA license or eligibility preferred
Strong knowledge of orthopedic and post-op rehab protocols
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
