We are looking for a License Physical Therapist with at least 2 -4 years of experience and the below:
Assess patients' physical condition through detailed examinations, utilizing Tagalog to ensure clear communication and understanding of patient history and symptoms.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, taking into account cultural nuances and patient preferences, explained in Tagalog.
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques, demonstrating each procedure clearly and providing explanations in Tagalog to enhance patient compliance.
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, regularly communicating in Tagalog to address concerns and ensure treatment effectiveness.
Provide guidance on assistive devices and home exercise programs, thoroughly explaining instructions in Tagalog to facilitate independent living and recovery.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment outcomes, while adhering to professional standards.
Stay updated on the latest physiotherapy practices and techniques, and participate in continuing professional development, relevant to the local context.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards, demonstrating empathy and respect for patients from diverse backgrounds, with sensitivity in Tagalog.
