PHS has been awarded with the highest level of accreditation in Long Term and Home Care by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) International on 2017. Our wide range of services extend beyond basic home nursing to specialized physiotherapy and medical care in all situations providing short-term or long-term care in the home, depending on a person\xe2\x80\x99s needs. We are qualified to source and operate medical equipment approved from referring hospitals and customized for the home setting and deliver safe ad smooth transitions.

To deliver a quality, integrated, patient-focused and equitable physiotherapy service to patients.
- To be responsible for assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans that are patient centered and in line with best practice.
- To provide and audit a physiotherapy service to out-patients and in-patients as required.
- To ensure the rights and dignity of patient are respected.
- To participate in the multi-disciplinary team approach for the management of patients.
- To record and maintain accurate clinical data and documentation as per departmental guidelines and in accordance with professional standards.
- To communicate effectively with all departments within the medical center and with external bodies, maintaining a high standard of customer care all times.
- To attend regular team meetings as required.
- To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the physiotherapy manager or Senior Physiotherapist in the area of care.
- Responsible to complete tasks given by the line manager as, and when required
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Physiotherapy. DOH License
