Position: Physics Teacher

Summary
A reputable school in Al Ain is seeking a qualified and motivated Arab Speaker Physics Teacher to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging physics instruction that builds students' understanding of scientific principles, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The teacher should inspire curiosity, encourage experimentation, and connect theoretical concepts to real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum Planning:
Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with ADEK standards, covering physics topics such as mechanics, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, waves, and modern physics.
Instruction & Engagement:
Use innovative teaching methods including experiments, simulations, lab demonstrations, and digital resources to make physics accessible and engaging.
Practical Application:
Supervise laboratory work, ensuring safe and effective use of equipment while reinforcing theoretical concepts with hands-on learning.
Assessment & Evaluation:
Design and administer quizzes, tests, lab reports, and projects to evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and academic support.
Individualized Support:
Identify students' strengths and weaknesses, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning needs.
Classroom & Lab Management:
Maintain a disciplined, safe, and respectful learning environment, especially during lab sessions, following health and safety protocols.
Parent Communication:
Provide timely updates to parents regarding academic performance, classroom behavior, and overall student development.
Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to promote cross-disciplinary learning, contribute to school events, and support extracurricular science-related activities.
Compliance & Standards:
Uphold ADEK teaching standards, school policies, and ethical guidelines while fostering a culture of academic excellence.
Requirements
Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience teaching Physics at the school level.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Physics, Education, or a related field; teaching license/certification preferred.

• Language: English.

• ADEK Approval: ADEK approval or appointment letter (preferred).
